Participants will enhance their communication abilities, time management, and collaborative skills. Participants may be pre-supervisory project engineers and planners.
  • Mid-level Leaders: This intermediate level is aimed at individuals who have gained initial leadership experience and are looking to refine their skills. The curriculum focuses on strategic leadership, resolving conflicts, developing their teams and honing business practice tools in finance, employment law and negotiations. Participants may be supervisors of project engineers and planners.
  • Senior Leaders: At the advanced level, the program prepares participants for the highest echelons of leadership within an organization. The focus is on visionary leadership, inspiring others, and driving significant organizational change while still fostering innovation and navigating complex organizational dynamics. Participants may be supervisors of teams or departments.
