ACEC Colorado Foundation's Golf Tournament brings together consulting engineers, clients, colleagues, and their riends for a fun day on the course—all to raise scholarship funds for students pursuing careers in the engineering profession. Golf Club Rentals

  • Arrowhead has rental clubs available for "ACEC Colorado" at a discounted rate of $75 per set, including two sleeves of golf balls. Advance notice is required; contact the pro shop at 303.973.9614 to arrange rentals.

Registration Policies

  • Payment is required at time of registration; Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card are accepted.
  • A 2.9 percent processing surcharge will be added to all payments made via credit card. Pursuant to section 5-2-212, Colorado Revised Statutes, "To cover the cost of processing a credit or charge card transaction...a seller or lessor may impose a processing surcharge in an amount not to exceed the merchant discount fee that the seller or lessor incurs in processing the sales or lease transaction. A seller or lessor shall not impose a processing surcharge on payments made by use of cash, a check, or a debit card or redemption of a gift card."
  • Registration is not eligible for cancellation but may be transferred up to three days prior to the event.
  • Attendance at or participation in ACEC Colorado Foundation events/activities constitute an agreement by the attendee for the Foundation’s use and distribution of the attendee’s image and/or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, and audio recordings of such events/activities.
  • ACEC Colorado Foundation seeks to avoid antitrust violations in connection with its activities; therefore, participants should avoid engaging in conduct that gives even the appearance of an impermissible conversation, agreement, alliance or impropriety. Discussions among attendees, speakers, exhibitors, board members and/or staff must be kept free of even the suggestion of restraint of trade or the selection of suppliers, customers or prices.
  • Contributions to the Foundation are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law under Internal Revenue Code Section 170.

ACEC Colorado Scholarship & Education Foundation is organized as a 501(c)(3) organization with the intention of providing financial support in the form of tuition to full-time Colorado college students pursuing a bachelor's degree in an Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET)-approved engineering or surveying program in Colorado. The foundation also supports two high-school level scholarships for students planning to study engineering in college. Your contribution is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law under Internal Revenue Code Section 170. Each all-inclusive player registration has a fair market value $194; therefore, $95 of each registration fee exceeds this value and is tax-deductible.
