ACEC Colorado has created an all-encompassing educational and networking experience to offer something for everyone from each segment within the consulting engineering industry. This two-day, not-to-miss event on Wednesday, April 23-Thursday, April 24, at Hotel Polaris at the United States Air Force Academy will:
- provide a focus on workforce and leadership issues within the consulting engineering industry;
- address sector-specific engineering topics on transportation, vertical design, water resources-environment, and energy-climate strategy;
- delve into current and ongoing business practice issues for finance, HR, IT, and marketing-communication/business development professionals; and
- recognize leaders in Colorado's consulting engineering industry at the Annual Meeting & Luncheon (April 24).

NOTE: starting March 6, a 10 percent discount is available on any combination of regular-rate registrations received from three or more employees at the same firm at the same time. Please contact ACEC Colorado at 303.832.2200 or email@acec-co.org to request the discount be processed for your firm--this may not be done online. Discounts will be made only upon request and all attendees receiving the discount must be registered by the firm under the same invoice at the same time. No discount is available on early (i.e., before March 6) registration rates.

- All registration fees include meals, breaks and all-day beverages for the day(s) of registration.
- Your conference badge must be scanned upon entry to each education session to be eligible for Professional Development Hours*.
- Earn up to 10 Professional Development Hours by attending the full conference: Wednesday (4.5 hours) & Thursday (5.5 hours).

Based on past conference attendance, ACEC Colorado is expecting nearly 400 professionals from a diverse audience across private and public markets in both the horizontal and vertical design spaces. Registration Terms and Conditions
- Deadline for "Early" registration rates is 11:59 p.m. Wednesday, March 5. No additional discounts are available on early registration rates.
- ACEC Colorado is currently monitoring federal, state and local COVID-19 guidelines for safety requirements. All requirements in place at the time of the meeting will be followed.
- No refunds are available for purchase of products, exhibit space, sponsorships or donations.
- Only cancellations received at least five business days prior to start of event (i.e., Wednesday, April 17) are eligible for refunds.
- If an individual registered is unable to attend, one name substitution is permitted and may be either called in to the ACEC Colorado office or provided onsite at the event. Beyond the initial name substitution, subsequent substitutions will incur a $25 change fee.
- A $25 reprint fee will be charged onsite for replacement badge requests.
- Sharing/splitting of name badges during anytime of the event is strictly prohibited. Only the person listed on the name badge will be granted entrance to sessions, meals, reception and/or showcase. Single-day registrations are available.
- Attendees must wear their own name badges at all times during sessions, meals, reception and/or showcase and ensure they are scanned.
- Special dietary requirements must be submitted at time of event registration. The venue will do its best to accommodate dietary requirements but cannot guarantee it is able to meet all requests. Registrants with food allergies should also inform servers.
- Attendance at or participation in ACEC Colorado events/activities constitute an agreement by the attendee for the Council’s use and distribution of the attendee’s image and/or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, and audio recordings of such events/activities.
- ACEC Colorado seeks to avoid antitrust violations in connection with its activities; therefore, participants should avoid engaging in conduct that gives even the appearance of an impermissible conversation, agreement, alliance or impropriety. Discussions among attendees, speakers, exhibitors, board members and/or staff must be kept free of even the suggestion of restraint of trade or the selection of suppliers, customers or prices.
