2025 INTENT-TO-ENTER REGISTRATION

The ACEC Colorado Engineering Excellence Awards (EEA) program annually recognizes consulting engineering firms for projects that demonstrate an exceptional degree of innovation, complexity, achievement and value. For more than 65 years, Colorado firms have entered their most innovative projects and studies into this competition. Although the ACEC Colorado EEA program generally follows entry guidelines established for the ACEC National EEA program, ACEC Colorado rules are different. Therefore, please review ACEC Colorado Official Rules, thoroughly. Projects being entered must be substantially completed and ready for use from Nov. 1, 2022-Sept. 15, 2024. NOTES:
Each entered project requires a separate entry fee and intent-to-enter registration. Each entry fee is non-refundable but may be used for a different project name in the same EEA program year. Entry fee is not transferable to a future EEA program year, regardless of whether final entry material is submitted.

If your firm received a Priority Code for attending the live, online EEA workshop, please enter it at time of payment after the early rate ends. The Priority Code is valid for each project entry you submit and will entitle you to $100 off the regular rate. Discounts are not transferable and are not refundable if the Priority Code is not entered at time of payment. (Priority Code may not be used in combination with the members-only early rate or any other discount; therefore, the Priority Code is valid for use only between June 22-Aug. 9. Limit one discount per entry.

Rules for Intent-To-Enter Registration:

  • Attendance at or participation in ACEC Colorado events/activities related to your participation in the Engineering Excellence Awards program constitutes an agreement between you and ACEC Colorado for the Council’s use and distribution of your image and/or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, and audio recordings of such events/activities.
  • Payment is required at time of completing the Intent-to-Enter Form; ACEC Colorado accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. Checks are also accepted; however, payment must be sent in advance to ACEC Colorado. 
  • ACEC Colorado seeks to avoid antitrust violations in connection with its activities; therefore, participants should avoid engaging in conduct that gives even the appearance of an impermissible conversation, agreement, alliance or impropriety. Discussions among attendees, speakers, exhibitors, board members and/or staff must be kept free of even the suggestion of restraint of trade or the selection of suppliers, customers or prices.

EEA Luncheon
During the EEA Luncheon on Friday, Nov. 8, at Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center, each entered project will receive either a Merit, Honor, Excellence or Grand Conceptor Award. One firm will also recieve the Outstanding Project Board Award. Award placement is confidential until the time of presentation. Registration for the luncheon will open in Summer 2024. ACEC Colorado cannot accept deliveries of project boards prior to the day of the luncheon. Intent-to-enter registration does not include registration to EEA Luncheon.
